3-MONTH COACHING PROGRAM

You've tried to make changes on your own and know yourself well enough to know that support and accountability are key in making lasting permanent changes.

Why 3 months?  To make shifts it takes time to change behaviors and build new habits. The three-month program is for those who feel they know what they want and to get the momentum of change moving in the right direction, they require a short-term level of accountability and support. The 3-month program provides the opportunity to discover what you want, devise a plan for making changes, and the support and accountability to make that happen.

    • Two 50-minute office appointments each month for three months
    • A one-hour home visit for Pantry Upgrade OR Grocery Store Tour
    • Email support between sessions
  • Monthly special events like a health food store tour and group discussions related to health & wellness

6-MONTH COACHING PROGRAM

You already know that when you have support and accountability that you exceed even your own expectations! You want radical and permanent change in your life and are willing to make the commitment to yourself and your future.

Why 6 months?   For permanent change to happen, the proper amount of time to make those changes is necessary. The 6-month program is for those who want to experience radical changes in their life has dealt with on-going health & wellness setbacks. Together, we will bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We will decipher your body’s unique needs, create a specific blueprint for you to move forward, and set personal goals that will result in sustainable changes.

    • Two 50-minute office appointments each month for six months
    • A one-hour home visit for Pantry Upgrade OR Grocery Store Tour

90-MINUTE FAMILY ENERGY BOOST

During the session, you're guided to set up your kitchen for maximum functionality through zoning the pantry & fridge for improved functionality, including how to easily stock these containers with healthier options and ingredients. We then create a custom healthy Meal Plan that will allow you to easily eat healthier while maximizing your time and budget. We also discuss healthy on-the-go options that include where to eat when you're not at home.

You'll also learn how to:

  • Incorporate simple nutrient-rich foods into your daily diet
  • Gain more energy and avoid the 3 pm crash
  • Learn how and why eating healthy is NOT more expensive
  • Develop the skill of food prep and be prepared for the week!
